When buying a house in a far away from home country it is important to have trusted people to look after your property. When renting out your house in a far away from home country it is even more important to have trusted, reliable, service-minded and obliging people to look after your guests, to clean and to do the gardening. It is of great importance to us, that our guests are having as good a holiday as possible. After having met Karen from Italy Homes and Gardens we feel very secure, and even better, we receive mails from our guests, with compliments to Karen and her staff of “angels”.
We have had critical situations, which could effect our guests, however Karen is handling both the situations and the guests in a way that leaves everybody happy.
Always reporting back on e-mail or SMS, always getting in touch within reasonable time.
As we – and our guests - are Danish, it is also important that Karen understands the way we are, and the way we are doing things.
In my experience Karen is keen on understanding even the small cultural differences and she is absolutely doing a great job.
